PAYMENT POLICY

Chiropractic, Massage, and Nutrition services are provided and billed by Pearl Chiropractic. Our providers participate in most of the major health insurance plans in the region.

 

Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles, copayments, and co-insurance for which you could be responsible. We are happy to verify and check benefits prior to your initial visit.

 

If you do not see your health plan below or do not have health insurance, we do offer Time of Service rates as well as several discounts and wellness plans. Please contact our office today for your options.

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR BILL

What billing or insurance information will I receive?

​You will receive an explanation of benefits from your insurance company of what was charged and what was paid. After your insurance has paid, we'll provide you with a monthly statement of your account if there is a remaining balance.  If there is no balance we will not send a statement unless requested.

 

How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?

Generally, it takes from 45 to 60 days to obtain payment from an insurance carrier.​

​I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill -- but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?

​If we have received any such information from your insurance company, we'll be glad to share it with you. However, for answers to any questions about insurance payments, deductibles, or co-payments, you generally need to check with your insurance company.
